Francesca Fearon
comes from a fashion background having reported on the international catwalks for global newspapers and magazines since the 1990s and interviewed some of the most influential designers and supermodels of the era. Of course, clothes need jewellery, and she began writing on the subject in the Noughties initially on the blossoming group of Asian jewellery artists that she profiled for the South China Morning Post. The jewellery world has been a thrilling road of discovery ever since, as she is lured by the magical alchemy of artistry, craftsmanship and sheer beauty of gemstones. Today she contributes to leading publications including the Financial Times, the SCMP, Times LUXX and Rapaport.
