Hancocks Jewellers to Exhibit Exceptional Pieces at TEFAF

Hancocks jewellers, a UK-based, family-run business that specialises in fine jewellery and silver, from antique pieces to contemporary works, will exhibit some exceptional jewels from renowned collections belonging to the Royal families of Europe at The European Fine Art Fair.

If you happen to be in Maastricht, Netherlands between the 14th and the 23rd of March 2014, do visit the exhibition and certainly the Hancocks stand.

Exquisite Art Deco Chinoiserie desk clock with a rectangular dial of mother-of-pearl with floral and bird decoration enhanced by carved coral, applied rose-cut diamond Arabic chapters and pavé-set diamond hands. Black laquer case with rose quartz surmount, a carved agate crown and blue enamel floral panels, all on carved rose quartz dogs and blue enamel floral pillars. The black laquer base has six rose quartz feet and case contains a mechanical movement. By Lacloche Freres, Paris c1925 with dial decoration by Vladimir Makovsky
