As someone who has spent 15 years immersed in the world of fine jewellery, I’ve heard every whisper, doubt and long-held belief imaginable. Many of these jewellery myths have been passed down like heirlooms, but it’s time we held them up to the light and saw them for what they really are: misconceptions that crumble the moment you understand how jewellery are gemstones are crafted, worn and valued.
