The Champion of Champions: Butterflies by Ilgiz F.
The stunning Butterflies earring and the ring are truly a piece of art created by a Russian jewellery designer, so-called king of enamel, Ilgiz Fazulzyanov.
Would you agree with the judges, among whom was one of the most creative jewellery designer Wallace Chan? I definitely would. One of the reasons is the innovative idea of using faceted pearls. This is not the traditional look of a pearl and something we are not used to even though.

Faceted pearls appear to float among butterflies in this Ilgiz F ring and earrings, winning him the Champion of Champions award
If you look at the pearl on the ring, it looks like it is not attached to anything. Somehow Ilgiz managed to position the pearl in such a way that it almost floats freely above the butterflies. Stunning!
