Fabulous Futures: Le Vian Unveils its 2026 Jewellery Trends in Las Vegas
What's in a name? For heritage fine jewellery house Le Vian, the answer is quite a lot. It is well-known for trademarking the nuanced natural color gem, diamond and precious metal shades in its repertoire, such as Chocolate Diamonds®, Montana Sapphire Ombre™, Desert Ombré™ Diamonds, Denim Ombré® Sapphires, and Pomegranate Garnet™, which all appear abundantly in the 2026 Jewellery Trends report. This annual assessment of future must-haves is released at JCK Luxury as part of the Le Vian Red Carpet Revue™, which I have had the pleasure of attending. This is an opportunity for collectors, celebrities and journalists to see what's on the horizon for the year ahead, including copious quantities of high jewels set with all manner of gemological marvels. Here's a rundown of what was included this year…
Every year, when I receive the Le Vian Jewellery Trends report, I always marvel at how much work has gone into creating it. There are countless beautiful images of fine and high jewellery creations, model photoshoots that bring the trends to life, and insights into the specific mineral colours that are in the brand's sights for the year to come. Combined with the fact that these trends are launched at a glittering Las Vegas event, complete with live entertainment, it's clear that the Le Vian team deserve a post-JCK vacation!

Le Vian Couture® Dalinda necklace with 23.33 carats of Robin’s Egg Blue Turquoise™ with Passion Ruby™ eyes, Chocolate and Nude Diamonds™, set in 18k Honey Gold™
The Le Vian Jewellery Trends report for 2026 is split into six chapters, each one with a different sentiment driving the theme. I always make a beeline for the segment with the biggest proportion of high jewellery, which in this case is the Exclusivity – The Art of Rarity chapter featuring Paraiba tourmalines, yellow and pink diamonds, rubies, sapphires, emeralds, alexandrites and tanzanites, among others. What strikes me about the Le Vian 2025-26 High Jewellery offering is its diversity, both in terms of jewellery styles and minerals. More 'exotic' gems like watermelon tourmalines, Aquadite® (a variety of chalcedony) and rhodolite demonstrate how client tastes are becoming more expansive and welcoming of gems outside the traditional 'big four'.
Le Vian Couture® Tatum necklace with 14.28 carats of pear-shaped Aquadite® and 2.15 carats of Vanilla Diamonds® set in 18k Honey Gold™
My favourite pieces are a trio of pendant earrings all set with Aquadite®. The Cerise earrings feature three perfectly matched pairs of aquadite, totalling 43.9 carats, in shades of orange, blue and purple, while The Alys earrings burst with pear-shaped particoloured aquadites (38.53 carats) in vibrant blue and green shades. Elsewhere, there's the sensational Anouk ring with a 5.01-carat oval-shaped fancy deep brownish-yellow diamond flanked by half-moon-shaped diamonds and a matching watermelon tourmaline pendant and ring, set with nearly 65 carats of emerald-cut bi-colour gems and diamonds in 18k gold.
The next chapter that caught my eye is Indulgence – A Decadent Delight, which celebrates the 25th anniversary of Le Vian’s Chocolate Diamonds®. The brand's brown diamonds are characterised by their warmth, with hues that extend from lighter mocha tones to deep golden glows. This series of pieces also acknowledges the Pantone Color of the Year, which was revealed to be the comforting and cocooning 17-1230 Mocha Mousse back in January 2025. My favourites are the Chocolate Ombré® tennis bracelets that blend brown and delicate blush-toned diamonds in elegant lines. There are also some beautiful Chocolate Quartz® pieces, set with chunky smoky quartzes that have rich amber undertones.
Devotion – A Le Vian Love Story indicates that the art of romance is on the horizon for 2026! Pieces in this chapter are decadent, warm, and sentimental, like juicy pear-shaped Pomegranate Garnets™ in hidden halo settings, The Bisou collection with diamond-set 'kiss' shapes, and ombré pink, white and raspberry-hued gems. Le Vian describes this selection as exuding quiet luxury, like "an old soul's love with a modern twist," which is true for both romantic relationships and platonic friendships. This chapter also features the Le Vian Passion Ruby™ - its specifically chromatic shade of bright, indulgent, blood red.
Next is Serenity – A Breath of Calm, which taps into the relaxing oceanic hues of Australian boulder opals, ombré Montana sapphires, Paraiba tourmalines, topazes, tourmalines and more. Personally, I was drawn to the Emerald Ombré™ rings as it's not so often you see a gradient of bluish-green and forest-green beryls in a single piece. Fans of mystic teal-green shades will love the brand's Hunter's Green Tourmaline™ selection, including elongated pear-shaped drop pendants and trilogy rings. You will also find more aquadite in this offering, albeit with stormy inclusions, as well as sapphires, Art Deco-inspired lengths of topaz, and chunky turquoises, which will no doubt look great alone or stacked together.
The chapter with the most storytelling is Patriotism Americana, which taps into a Wild West spirit while also acknowledging the landscapes of Montana, the skyscrapers of New York, and traditional indigenous gemstones like turquoise. This is a varied offering of fine jewellery, including 'Gold Rush' pendants, rings and bracelets, snake-inspired bangles and rings, and turquoise cabochon talismans in the shape of cacti, stars, cowboy boots and Stetson hats. I especially like the Denim Ombré® Sapphires collection, which perfectly captures the shade of denim jeans in gradients of wearable and accessible sapphire rings, earrings and necklaces. The influence of the Art Deco period on American design is also evidenced in a suite of elongated emerald-cut pieces, including a Mint Julep Quartz™ ring (think pale seafoam green), Grape Amethyst™ and sensational Cinnamon Citrine™ that is a fiery shade of yellow-orange.
Finally, how could we forget the gentlemen? The Masculinity – Bold, Defined & Refined chapter incorporates modernised signet ring styles with pavé gemstones and step-cut coloured gems, tennis bracelets with brown diamonds, and lion motifs in an almost exclusive palette of yellow gold. Look out for more aquadite here, too, including Chocolate Aquadite™, which boasts a speckled, light-reflecting world of cognac, orange and brown hues (which reminds me of rare, fossilised wood).

What these latest Le Vian trends show is that tastes are changing and that 'new luxury' is all about unusual, rare and exotic precious gemstones, rich yellow gold, and nuanced colours that tell a story. Colourless diamonds have long been a dominant force, but these trends suggest a shift away from 'plain' transparent gems in favour of confident splashes of colour, especially deep blues and reds. I look forward to seeing how Le Vian's trend predictions play out over the next 12 months.
